From the time we arrived until the time we left we were wanting for nothing. Food was enjoyable, and the all inclusive drinks package was wide and varied.

After a long journey from NY, we were just looking for a place to shake off any jet lag and not have to go anywhere. This place was perfect for us. 24 hour restaurant, pool and beach. Very relaxing, great staff and just a nice environment. Would highly recommend.

Do not use the concierge for a rights and taxis. The rides that they called from the hotel. They rip you off, and donā€™t take you where you wanna go. And if you order, do not order off the menu. Anything that comes out of the kitchen from the menu is not good there. Itā€™s just old. I hatch my first night. I had a shrimp cocktail and the shrimp look like and tasted like they have been cooked a month ago, and I didnā€™t even have to chew it. It was disgusting. Sorry to say that, but it was true. Everything I ordered from the menu. Anytime was bad, but they were OK.

Lovely relaxing resort

Lovely hotel very relaxing with great pool and lovely beach. Great little restaurants along the beach , resort breakfast very good. Great place for relaxing stay in comfort.

We stayed in a junior suite all inclusive for 5 nights.1st morning housekeeping are knocking on the door and walking in at 815am to clean the room! I hadnā€™t even got out of bed. I was sick the entire stay. They poisoned me time and time again. I am coeliac/ gluten free. No one there is educated enough to know what this is. If you have food allergies go elsewhere, spend your money on a good hotel. No service at the bar- 3 staff mucking around just ignored us for over 10 mins. Serving sough dough bread as gluten free, putting poached eggs on white bread then scraping the eggs off the bread and saying ok now no gluten! Iā€™ve travelled to Bali many years and never had a problem until this place. Go elsewhere

Lovely clean hotel with great staff.

Lovely hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. We got a large clean refurbished room with balcony that faced the sea. We had the all inclusive package which was well worth it. 24 hour a la carte restaurant as well as buffet lunches and dinners and a fine dining restaurant all included. Full drinks package with a large selection of cocktails also included. Great pool with plenty of loungers and also a private beach with loungers.

Well located, but our initial room allocation did not match what the property photo's depict. The facility did change our room but the subsequent one had a mouldy / sewerage stench which we had to endure for an additional night until they could change our room again. After this our holiday improved, the staff were very nice, helpful and respectful...

Nice hotel but not a 5 star. Lovely beach and very kind staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast ok - didnā€™t eat lunch or dinner there. All inclusive not worth it ā€¦ Mandala restaurant up the road has lovely food and options.
