vvvvNot much to the free breakfast. Just cold biscuits and canned gravy, cold cereal and milk, toast, instant oatmeal, coffee and apple juice. The staff was very friendly and the Hotel was very clean. We enjoyed our stay there. Room was comfortable.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. There weren't many offerings for breakfast but the area was very limited, but they did a great job utilizing the space they had. I'm not a big biscuits and gravy person but the coffee and muffins were very good, and they also had toast, cereal, and oatmeal. I would've loved bagels too! Maybe some bacon and eggs, or waffles even :) I would pay extra for an individual breakfast too, but I'm sure that's more of a hassle. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay! We'll be staying here for our future trips in the area as well!

Service problems

Hair dryer was broken. Went to front desk and the guy told us it was broken for several days. They had no spares. Spoke with manager next day and he showed me the spare hair dryer. He had no good explanation for why the other guy could not find it. The body wash bottle was empty. We asked them to clean the room and they did not fill the body wash. I would think environmental services would automatically check the body wash. I asked the manager to knock off some of the room charge as a result and he said he couldn't because I booked on line with hotels.com and i would have to work it out with them. You all make getting a refund of any kind so difficult I just wound up giving up. You all seem to making a extension to our stay very easy. Ask for a refund and all we hear is crickets.

Just another overnight stop

No breakfast was available, coffee pots had coff in them that was Luke warm at best. The room was redone and just as nice as it could be. We will stay there again if we go through that region of the country.

The place is literally falling apart. Pieces of the building missing and patchwork quilted together. I considered moving to another hotel, but we were gone all day and just using it to sleep for a weekend. Overpriced considerably. Breakfast was cereal, not worth even mentioning as a perk, and the pool was awful I saw no one in it, we brought swim trunks but no thanks. Oh, and the fridge quit working, we lost food and ice cream. Told the guy at the desk and he acted like that was normal. Not many hotels in the area or this one would go out of business.
