Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. An insane amout of dead bugs in the window and non dead bugs. A whole in the wall was half patched. Pubes on the ceiling in the bathroom. Clogged toilet after one pee. Could see gunk on the bottom of the pool and foot prints where people steped in it

Staff support was great when we required another room. New room was acceptable. While the hotel can use a "facelift", more cleaning and dusting effort is needed in the meantime. I would book again if Room 219 is available to me.

I called to verify the pool was up and running and how late, we got there at 7pm and the pool was open but they couldn’t find the keys to turn lights on so my children were too afraid to swim they brought in a lamp and sat it on the floor 4 feet from where we were at the edge of the pool and told my kid not to splash it or touch it while wet my children are 2 and 6 years old. Next I went to tuck them into bed untucked the corners of the blankets and a USED sildenifil (viagra) packet fell out so I feel we were put into a dirty room

Very nice, smelled FANTASTIC!

Everything was great, check-in was smooth, I appreciated the little snack bag, a nice touch would be one for each person (or 1 per bed.) Not a big deal, we don't mind sharing with each other. The room was cute, modern, clean and quiet. The lobby was decorated in a very cute Retro mod theme.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My bathroom door didn’t even have a handle on it. The parking lot was full of trash and alcohol bottles. Our room had a bag of we don’t know of what at the door. The halls smelled of marijuana, our bathroom wasn’t clean, the shower rod was broken and I couldn’t even close the curtain and the black peeling above the shower was also a great add on. Also the use conditioner and missing shampoo in their despenser showed neglect as well. When I went to the lobby about the door handle I was told yeah we know about it no worries. Didn’t eat the breakfast but the staff was eating right there!!! Do not book this hotel. I thought with the reviews and price it was decent. No stay away from here specially if you have family!!!
