Close to beach was the best thing. Hot water went out the last day and the air conditioning just runs constantly and never really cooled down the room.

Our room was equipped with a makeshift portable air conditioner, but instead of a proper installation, the exhaust vent was Jerri-rigged through a piece of plywood inserted into the open section of the sliding glass door. The setup was unstable and not well-sealed, allowing warm air to leak back in. As a result, the unit struggled to keep the room even moderately cool.

As soon as we got in the room was 78 degrees because the balcony door was broken and they only had a portable ac unit. They changed our room so no harm no foul. Cold water the next whole day. Then we got kicked out of the pool early on our last night because they needed to shock it even though they advertised till 10pm. He just wanted to go home early. Terrible.

Worst Hotel to Stay

We stayed July 22-25,2025 check in was terrible. Then I didn’t get the room I purchased I paid for 2 premium Rooms end up with 1 premium & 1 standard. And I called twice before our reservation to confirm that I wanted a connected room, didn’t get it. When we got there door would not lock until my son figured it out cause nobody was available till 7am in morning I had my children & my self so when I went to bed we were not safe but thanks to my son. Then tub was filling up when taking a shower and not going down gross had wait till morning for someone to fixs it. Then the sink broke. Then panel to the shower fell, broke off, wouldn’t stay. Then close to end of are stay the toilet would not flush. The phones in the room do not work. The tv barely worked most of the channels didn’t work and the Internet sucked it was slow. It was terrible stay. They definitely 100% need to upgrade and remodel that hotel. If anything happens in your room after 8 or 9, there’s no maintenance person on standby. The pool was disgusting couldn’t take my baby in there. If I missed anything you get the point.

Scenic Balcony View Room Renovations Needed

The hotel was ok. The view from the 5th-floor balcony was beautiful. Like the majority of the hotels and motels in Ocean City, this one needs a renovation and repairs to make it like new. The room was clean, no insects, and a nice-sized kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly so I had to clean it to my liking. The balcony door was off track and was so hard to close. My family and couldn't enjoy the balcony every day because of the door. We took our scenic pics and didn't open the balcony the rest of the trip. They like the access to the beach and the indoor pool. This is a family-friendly hotel, so if you do not like kids, then this is not the hotel for you.

Needs upkeep!

A/C was broken but they fixed it. Needs a ton of TLC! Mold around caulk on tub. Elevator & hallways stifling hot! Just a really old building that needs maintenance!

The room we were in, the air conditioning vents were covered in dust and rust and mold. The gym’s air conditioning wasn’t working and no one came to look at it. The gym should have had stuff to wipe down the equipment. Don’t think we’ll go back

Incredible & Fabulous vacation

Our stay was fabulous, the staff was amazing, location was wonderful. Near our favorites dunkin donuts & fractured prune donuts. Even got to experience a new bagel place (it was for us) Shimagel. The room was so clean & sooo big & spacious. Loved having a kitchenette with full size refrigerator & freezer& microwave The beds were so comfortable. Bathroom & shower were spacious. Balcony was incredible we could see the Bay & Ocean. Even got to see the beautiful sunset on the Bay. I would definitely would stay here again.
