Lousy. We arrived to find out we didn’t have a room. The replacement room was in another building. It was noisy and sub-par compared to the other hotel. Not pleased at all.

The location is convenient; right at the top end of the boardwalk. Parking is relatively easy to navigate. We did make the mistake of going during senior week so the nights were quite loud. The rooms definitely need an update and there are some rusted/stained light fixtures. Adjusting the shower temperature was a bit of a chore. The air conditioning unit is near the ceiling and oscillates to hit whoever is in the bed closest with an icy chill in cycles throughout the night. Bedding needs updated and black curly hairs were found in one of our beds upon arrival as well as in the bathroom sink. For a beachfront property, the price was more than reasonable.

Dunes court was an excellent place! The room was very clean, ac worked great, nice pool, the receptionist all was very friendly and helped with anything. I definitely plan to stay here again! 10/10!! Highly recommend. They also have huge ice cream pops and sandwhiches for a great price!

The hotel was very nice and clean and bright and the beds and pillows were comfortable. It's very close to the beach but not oceanfront, just a two minute walk and you're on the beach. I was very happy with the hotel and the rate was very reasonable compared to other hotels. There is no elevator so I requested a room on the first floor, they said they would try and they did give me a room on the first floor when I got there. I would stay there again.

My first trip to OC was great starting with my motel choice. Thank you to Jacquire for a smooth check in and a free upgrade due to overbooking. We will be back before summer is over. Only issue was the ants that kept appearing in room 301 on the night stand. Didn't see them anywhere else.

Great place and even better staff. The hotel does show its age but you can tell that they do their best at maintaining the property. Overall experience was wonderful and if we visited Ocean City again we would stay there again

This is an honest review of the Dunes hotel. We stayed there for the Boardwalk Rock Festival. Our room was clean. It looked updated. The carpet looked new. There was a refrigerator, a microwave and plenty of shelves for storage. The bathroom was small but big enough for what you needed. They also supplied many toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, a hair net and a new box of tissues. Our linen was clean and fresh. Our air conditioner did not turn on. We called the front desk and within 10 minutes someone came up and got it working. The pool and the property were clean and inviting. The hotel is located at the end of the boardwalk. We waked to and from the fest the first night but the next night we rented one of the bikes located right by the Dunes. It was a game changer. The only negative was there was no elevator. So keep that in mind when renting. WE WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY AND WILL BE BACK. Thank you

Cute beach motel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. We had to change rooms because the mini-split HVAC did not cool after the maintenance technician adjusted the settings for us. The front desk staff was able to move us to another room.

Enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice and convenient to everything. Steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Room was clean and had everything we needed. They have a pool and plenty of on site parking. We will come again for sure.

Ive stayed here now twice. This time idk where to start. When i arrived i asked if it was possibly to upgrade to the suites. After a few moments i could tell the young man when the cross earring didnt know what he was doing. The kady behind the desk stated nothing was avaliable. I decided to not only check on expedia but the hotels website. Both said the room i wanted to uograde to was avaliable. So theh lost more money. Second- the room smelled bad, soon as you opened the door. The smell of old water and mold. Third- the bathroom had ling hair all over it, the tub wouldnt drain it was so clogged. The toilet still had dark yellow pee all over it. Lamp shade had rust on them, when they "cleaned" the room all that was done was towel change and the same sheets on the bed re fitted. . I would'nt stay here again if it was free.
