Everything was great…. BESIDES the staff that were at the check-in Saturday. For the price paid you think she would treat you better than the cheaper hotels. We have had top service and paid nothing close to the treatment received by that individual. Absolutely downright disrespectful.

We had such a fantastic stay at HGI in OCMD that we are going back in a few weeks. Room was nicely appointed with a great view of the beach, definitely a highlight of our stay. Our stay was quiet, relaxing, and near everything we needed. Parking was a breeze. All staff and front desk agents were kind. Restaurant staff was helpful and friendly, food a bit pricey as expected, but excellent. Beach access is very easy and there are showers before going back into the hotel. No complaints. Nothing was missing!

This is my second year staying here. I do not agree with the paying for parking when I am already a patron of the property. I believe it’s a charge that is not necessary. I’ve sat in the parking lot and I have not seen any one walking around enforcing the pay for parking rules. Especially when the lot is full and I am forced to park on the outskirts anway
