Welcome to 25 Beach Walk, a large and newly updated, five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom, end townhome in beautiful Sunset Island. This property has nice views of the bay and sits mere steps from the clubhouse, pools, private beach, and fishing pier. You cannot beat this location!

There are many custom upgrades throughout the home such as a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, upscale appliances (including a new cooktop and a stainless steel convection wall oven), and an adjoining bonus sunroom that's ideal for either entertaining or relaxing. The property was recently upgraded with new carpeting, a new HVAC system, and new furniture in the main bedroom as well. Step outside onto the furnished front porches to find a peaceful spot to enjoy bay breezes and lovely views at sunset. Get a great night's sleep with comfortable accommodations for 12 (and no one having to sleep on a sofabed!). Free WiFi is provided, as are a two-car garage, a parking pad (for a total of three cars), and an outdoor shower to enjoy after a long day at the beach.

Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location that's central to all this resort town has to offer. This private, 37-acre island sits only three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. Facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more - all just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk and world-class golf.

Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = $100. May 1 - May 25 = $150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = $200. September 8 - September 30 = $150.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
