The room was clean, but no one ever came in to clean up or give more towels. The doors have a gab, so they didn't lock properly. There were people shouting in the pool after 10 PM and no one said anything to them.

I like the location of the property. It is just off the end of the boardwalk. I like both the indoor and outdoor pools. I like the ocean facing rooms with the pink Adirondack chairs on the balcony. I don't like the Keurig coffee in the office lobby. I really liked the coffee they had prior to that.

Overall, stay was everything we needed it for. Mini fridge was nice and cold, room had a great view, bathroom was small but had a nice shelf. Downside the screen door for the balcony the screen was open at the bottom & we believe the ac (set at 69) leaked with caused some wet carpet. All was manageable & we would stay again

Great location near the beach. Ice machine out of service in Tower 1. Had to go to Tower 2 which wasn't convenient. The hotel is a little outdated and not very clean but ok to shower and sleep.

Tha lady that checked us in was rude. She acted like she was in another world. Maids were great and helpful. More than the front desk. Management was awful. Our key card would keep deactivating. We went back to office 3 times to get new key cards

Upon arriving at check-in, I quickly noticed that this place is not handicap accessible, which is concerning, especially given that I have MS. The elevators were frightening; the buttons had stains that appeared to be feces, and the overall smell made for an unpleasant experience! When we finally made it to our room, I found there was no door lock at the top, and the floor was soaking wet. Since there’s no phone in the room, I had to use my personal cell to call the office to report the wet floor and request extra towels. To my dismay, I was told there was no alternative room available despite clear signs indicating vacancies outside. When the staff member came to assess the situation, my daughter was handed four towels, but then they abruptly took them back, claiming they needed them. I confronted the owner, insisting we needed those towels back for our group of four girls, especially since we were only given two initially. His reasoning for taking them was absurd; he didn’t want us to use them on the floor, implying that would be something only an idiot would do. Ultimately, he just shrugged off our concerns, claiming the floor was merely “a little damp” and placed towels on the floor himself. This is unacceptable, and there’s so much more to say, but unfortunately, I'm limited to 1500 characters.
