It has 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with garage and is located on the bay side of 70th st in Midtown, Ocean City just one block from the beach. Within walking distance are great restaurants/bars (Bonfire All you can eat buffet, Dough Roller, and Dead Freddy's), mini golf, bowling, shopping, marina, watersports (kayaking, waterskiing, paddle boarding) and night life. It is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, microwave, and central air. The house is located next to the community pool with a pool house and has waterfront access to the pier of the bay.

The first floor offers a spacious garage and parking pad (3 car parking) with large storage space for all of your beach gears. As you walk into the house there is the first master suite queen bed (sleeps 2) with its own full private bathroom. On the second floor you can enjoy a wide open floor plan, huge gourmet kitchen( serving 15) with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV, cable, all high end furnishings (including a queen sleeper sofa) and accessories are found throughout the house. On the third floor, you will find three spacious bedroom. Master II bedroom offers 2 full beds (sleeps 4), along with a private bath with double sink vanity and shower. Room 3 has a full on full bunk bed with a twin trundle (sleep 5). Room 4 has a queen bed with a twin trundle (sleep 3). Our beach house is one of the few in the whole community to have waterfront views, direct access to the pier and bay, and next to the community pool(Official season is from Memorial day weekend to Labor day weekends)

We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 rolls/bath), paper towel (1 roll/stay), dishwasher pods (3/stay), and laundry detergent (3 cube/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.

***No loud parties, noise that disturbs other neighbors will be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction with no refund of security deposit or unused rent.***
