This hotel was really nice! Our room was nice and clean and looked just like the pictures. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was about 10-15 minutes away from the boardwalk. The pool and outside dining area was nice as well. Will definitely stay here again!

During my recent stay, I experienced several issues that were disappointing, especially considering the expectations set by the hotel's advertising. Most concerning was the food preparation in the kitchen area, where I observed a staff member repeatedly coughing in the open while handling food and using the same knife to open a cardboard box of French fries and to prepare food, raising clear hygiene concerns. Upon check-in, I found dirty towels with hair on them, and the extra blankets in the closet were also covered in hair. The pool appeared cloudy and unclean, and outdoor seating was limited unless you were dining. Additionally, although the hotel widely promotes complimentary late check-out and room upgrades, neither was honored during my stay. There were also maintenance issues, including multiple outlets not working and one completely broken in the bedroom, as well as visible mildew on the wall. There was screaming, yelling, and loud talking all through the night and early morning. Very noisy. Overall, the experience did not meet the standards promoted, and I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future guest stays.

We had a great time here! Property was clean. We had a little bigger room with a full fridge sink and a seating area that was perfect for us! Live music out by the bar every day food there was good. Drinks were great. Lots of people here but always had a parking spot and a spot on the beach. Nice bc beach rental in front of property for chairs umbrellas etc if you need. All the people that stayed there seemed nice and respectful as well.

Elevators are too slow, and the indoor pool is packed with rowdy children. No lifeguard or security to enforce proper behavior. I understand they’re kids but also it’s a common area that everyone else should enjoy.
