The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. And the staff were very welcoming. I have only two negative things to say: first, while the breakfast buffet was extensive, there was only one coffee machine working and the line for it was long. Also, when the coffee beans were all gone, it took a while for the staff to replenish. One coffee machine at breakfast for a 214-room hotel is poor. Second, the gym. When I visited, the gym was untidy and only one out of the three treadmills was working. I think the staff need to review the condition of the gym more regularly and seek to rectify the broken machines more speedily. In all, I would stay here again, I hope that the gym issues are rectified when I return.

Everything was very good. The only thing for improvement would be to do with the signs from the airport when walking. I have poor night vision and the signs were not lighted. Light bulbs must have blown.

They wouldn’t even look to see if a room was ready when I got there and made me put my luggage behind the desk. Checked in late. Big line at desk. I called front desk to bring me a light bulb because there was none in bedside light- they brought me a little tiny lamp that wasn’t bright at all to even attempt to read. Come to find out the light is broken since I put another bulb in from other lamp in room . You should also have an ala cart menu for breakfast because not everyone wants a buffet.

Airport Convenient

Check in was fast and staff person was very efficient and friendly. The restaurant was decent but service was a bit slow. The location is great. It’s truly a short walk to the airport.
