The sleeping space features a high quality queen bed with high quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, hair dryer, fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Stay connected with WiFi and Direct TV. Includes a minisplit for dedicated heating and AC, that guests control. Kitchenette is equipped with mini fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hot plate, tea kettle and coffee maker-sorry no stove. Although this studio is connected to the main house privacy is guaranteed. Includes private off street gated parking and EV charging is available on request. Casa Esquina is just a short 7 minute drive to downtown Ojai and sits with convenient access to both highway 150 and the 33.
