This property went above and beyond with their service! i lost my luggage on the bus and they did everything possible to get in contact with the bus company and help me get it back. Rooms were clean , great location as there’s the ferry terminal 7 minute walk and a shopping strip about 15 minute walk. Breakfast was also the best i’ve had in my stay in Japan ! would recommend.

Hotel Estinate is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in Japan. Staff were kind and amazing, they go above and beyond to give their guests the best experience. The free breakfast although limited choices is pretty good too, it adds amazing value to the stay. Thank you again Aki, Ryuji, and Natsu, we can’t wait to be back again!

Great stay with a comfy bed

The most comfortable stay in Japan to the point of this stay. The bed was comfortable and not rock hard like other hotels. The breakfast was reasonably priced and welcome switch from the local options which are a bit exotic for me :) The staff also spoke better English than other hotels. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks!
