The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location was walking distance to the monorail and kokusaidori. The room we chose was very spacious.

Much better than expected. This is definitely a 5-star. The staff were wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect. I tried to rebook it for our return to Okinawa after visiting Korea but it was full. I highly recommend and will stay here next time I go to Okinawa. Spa services were very good as well I had an excellent message and would definitely do it again. I was a little confused on the spa etiquette but it all worked out.

Good location and price!

Good value for money. The hotel is older but clean. Bed is comfortable. The air conditioning is little loud and not very cild. Overall it was acceptable. The service is good. Good location and can walk from subway. Would come again.

I saw how this property looks online, but seen it in person was so different! Everything looked great and most of all, the staff were very sincere and helpful. I never had a hotel experience such as NaHaNa gave me, so I was super impressed! Would recommend to anyone for sure.
