I never got to check in. When I showed up, Country Inn said that they cancelled my 3-night reservation and gave the room to someone else. They said they gave me a refund, but that is a lie. They collected cash for the same room from two different parties. That's called fraud. I disputed the charge with my CC company.

We got there around one in the morning, the staff was nice. But we got up to our room and there were roaches. Nope! So went back down and they gave us a new room. Which I inspected and it was great! Still washed everything down because I was still a bit leary. Then both elevators were broke when we were leaving. So that was fun being that we were on the 3rd floor. But we survived it. Great weekend though!

Everything was fine about the property except wobbly tables both in our room and in the breakfast area and lightbulbs in the bathroom that were burned out. The room was clean, service was good, breakfast was surprisingly good with hot and cold choices.

I was impressed with Country Inn & Suites as soon as I walked through the door. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Check-in was easy, and the attendant answered all my questions. The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The free breakfast was good and hot with a wide variety of food to select from. The parking lot was well-lit, and we had no security concerns. We will definitely stay here again!!
