We got a balcony room & it is a nice size balcony. The door to it is heavy so you’ll need a little muscle to open it. The room was very nice & clean. Bed comfy - pillows not comfy lol. Bathroom is a nice size & room had a fridge & microwave & coffee maker. We loved the evening free drinks at the bar with lots of snacks to munch on. Breakfast buffet was absolutely fabulous with so many choices & fresh food and so clean. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly & so helpful. Nicely lit parking lot so no worries there and conveniently close to shopping & restaurants. Thank you for such a wonderful evening stay / we will definitely be back again.

The hotel was in a central location. All of the hotel staff from the front desk to the bartenders to the cooks and housekeeping were really nice and good at what they do. The rooms were spacious and really clean. The full breakfast was great and helped get the day off to a good start. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smelled nice too.

It was a great place. It would have been nice to have a transportation available or shuttle to the Integris hospital. This should be a service you should offer. It could help families out. Overall a great place to stay

The room was clean and in a good location. There was a problem when we tried to go to the indoor pool. There was a large party of teenagers in the pool being disruptive and aggressive. This was unfortunate for us since we chose this hotel for the indoor pool. It would have been nice if the situation was handled by security or hotel staff but it wasn’t.
