The lobby and dinning area are nice and clean. However, the rooms absolutely are not and desperately need updating. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price and better options in direct area.

Check in was great. One elevator was out so it did slow things or make for a long walk around your floor if you took the other elevator. However that was not my biggest issue, The hot water took 15 mins to kick in the first day I checked in. The second day there was no hot water at all. I had to take 2 cold showers that day. Hot water was fine the morning I checked out lol smh. I am pretty sure there is water seeping in from the outisde windows as it pools on the balcony and the carpet by the window is molded. Terribly molded, not sure how housekeeping doesnt see it. Lastly, the lady who worked in the breakfast cooked-to-order egg bar is rude and needs to remember she is at work and we are the customers/client. Her sarcastic and seemingly judmental remarks are not welcoming and not something your paying customers should be subjected to, especially not first thing in the morning. She needs to do better.

Evening happy hour, complimentary snacks w/cocktails is nice touch. Hotel is need of renovations. Bathroom wallpaper peeling off wall, beds sag in the middle, hair dryer took 10 min to dry my "short" hair. No hot water for 10am shower.

My family frequents this ES when we visit family in OKC. We like the separate bedroom so we can put the kids to bed on time and still be able to hang out in the living area. The breakfast is good, I am a fan of the omelette guy and it is always clean. It is an older hotel so there are stains in the carpet and things of that nature that, in my opinion, do not affect the cleanliness. The pool is a decent size and it has a dedicated restroom and towels. However it is not heated and it is often too cold to get in when we visit. The building is also very damp, some rooms seem worse than others. On our most recent stay the room was very damp feeling and it smelled a bit like mold. All that being said I still think it is a solid option if you are traveling to OKC.

Desperately needing renovation!

The sky lights leaked, the window in our room leaked and the carpet was wet. It seemed to have been leaking for sometime because the wall had mold on it. The first room the air conditioning did not work they moved us to another room. The staff was amazing and friendly. This building is way over due for renovation. Would not stay here again.
