Property is in need of renovation. Upon entering the hotel, plaster had fallen from the ceiling and scattered on the ground. My room was in need of painting and updating. Closet door was broke. Toilet would not flush.

Run down

As we entered the facility the ceiling was leaking in the lobby. Once we checked into our room, there were coffee or soda pop stains all over the wall. After running the air conditioner overnight, the room reeked of water leak and mold. The mattresses were so hard that my pelvis was so sore on both sides trying to sleep. After room service came to our room my Sterling silver diamond earrings were missing. The pool was closed due to service even though I had previously called to make sure that the pool was up and running. The channel remote for the TV was extremely difficult to use and only worked part of the time

The stay was good, the man at the front desk was very friendly. Checking in was super easy. The beds and the sheets were clean, the bathroom seemed clean as well. The only complaint for the room is that the fan in the bathroom didn’t work so it was super humid from the shower but that’s okay. The breakfast in the morning was pretty decent, they had frozen waffles which I thought was odd, but they offered bagels, fruit, bacon, eggs, juice, biscuits and gravy and I think a few other things.

Updating needed

The stay was good however I noticed this trip that there was the need to update so things around the hotel like replacing broken light shades in the hallways. Breakfast was good but a bit cool .
