Nice hotel!

Nice hotel, great mattress! We went down to breakfast and there was hardly anything left with an hour to go. No attendant present, then someone threw a pan of toast on the counter.

Was charged based on this reservation being a pre-paid, non-refundable reservation however the hotel charged me directly as well. Have called twice to receive credit and have not yet received nor have I received a receipt of the refund and/or substantiation of the charges. The check-in person even confirmed they showed the room as already having been pre-paid so all this extra work on my part is RIDICULOUS. Stay away from this hotel unless you like spending hours on the phone trying to get money back they stole from you.

When I made the reservation online it started with a date of August 12th, which I changed to July 26th. I entered the wrong PIN and had to reenter that to complete the reservation. I did not notice that when I did that the date reset to 8/12. When I arrived I was told that I did not have a reservation and that I had to call Hotels.com to straighten it out. I was able to do so, but incurred an additional charge of $22. I was also not thrilled about the $33 parking charge for one night. I went to the bar for a much needed bourbon after 13 hours on the road. The bartender asked if I wanted another, which I did and she served me tequila. I would never go back there.

We were beyond happy with our stay at Hyatt Place! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We did not have a car, and we were able to walk or scooter to everything we wanted to do. And for only $8 the breakfast was worth it. If we are back in OKC, we will for sure stay here again.

Was told there was free parking.

Well the only complaint I have is I was told that it would be free parking by the front desk. I ended up getting charged $33 to park across the street. I would not have stayed here knowing I was going to be charged an extra $33 when I was told it was free for guests.
