A surprising and welcome upgrade from the La Quinta from many years back. My only complaint is our room on the third floor has a window with a curtain that does a bad job covering the blinding lights from the lamp posts in the parking lot.

Good besides window

Everything was great. The only complaint i do have it I was on the 3rd floor room 332 and the window lock was at the bottom where my 5 and 2 year old were able to unlock it and the problem is that the windows are only suppose to be able to open 4 inches and mine opened all the way. Which kept me on edge.

I loved the room. Very clean. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff was very nice and helpful. Especially the front desk. Checking in and out was a breeze. The only thing I didn't like was all the clocks were wrong. Beside and microwave.

While the property is in a good area and from the lobby looks really nice once you get to the elevator it starts to go down. Elevator stunk and has seen better days. The door to get in the room was impossible to open and close. The rooms itself from afar doesnt look too bad but cheap pillows and then the shower/bath was chipping, rusted just disgusting. If you just need a quick place to stay for a night itd be fine but for a couple days with a family I would not recommend. I also went to use the fitness area, the weights are not suited for women, the lightest set they have is 15lbs and then the floor was flooded underneath the mat, everywhere I stepped water rose.

Hotel was great for a short stay! There were some questionable people but thats everywhere you go. Great location and near all the best places to explore. We were on the first floor was nice near all the amenities but the gym door slams when someone comes and go was something I wasnt expecting. Breakfast was simple and staff was super helpful. Check in was confusing since I did the pre check in just to do the same process all over again. Also, the clerk was trying to charge me again for a different rate even though I have already paid through this app. Got charged twice for late check in so hopefully that gets fixed so just a little out dated on the system functions.

Terrible hotel

Hotel was not clean and hair everywhere. Hotel guest next to us were loud and the cops had to be called. Environment was not safe.

Elevator smells disgusting. There were used wash cloths above the grid ceiling tile in elevator. Floor in bathroom was peeled up from water damage. Ceiling in shower was also peeling from water damage. Bathroom light stopped working less than 24 hours after check in. Went with a coworker to get a carry out dinner. Gone maybe 30 minutes. Come back. Sitting in the car for maybe 15 minutes. Police officer pulls up. Talks to front desk clerk. As we are walking up with our food. Hands clearly full. Clearly walking in to go eat. He stops us. Asking if we are guests. We tell him yes. Makes us show our room key with our hands full. Then proceeds to tell us another guest was worried we were going to vandalize his vehicle. And the front desk person said he didn’t know us. But I said hello to him on the way out to get dinner. Would not stay here again.
