Once you check in you’re on your own

the rooms were clean but the maid who got our room ready to rent only left a 1/2 roll of toilet paper. So we had to got out and buy some because there was no maid service the next day. I called the front desk and told them about it and so they had someone come the next day who replaced the toilet paper and took the roll we purchased. Maid service that day didn't do anything else but bring a roll of toilet paper and take the one we bought. Only 1 tiny bar of soap for toiletries for 4 nights stay. Maid service never came to the room in a 4 night stay.

While the facility itself was fine, the neighborhood it was situated in was questionable. Two cars, including ours were broken into and ransacked. Though there was a security camera nearby that would have seen the break-in, the staff were less than cooperative or helpful in investigating the situation. They were, at best, indifferent. I will not be staying here again.

Beware the hidden price!

They were aggressively trying to upsell me to a more expensive room, and then they charged an additional $50 on top of the original rate as a "deposit". There was no mention of this at all on hotels.com and I am now stuck paying overdraft fees for a room with an A/C that kept cutting out.

Our room was remodeled and looked brand new. It was very clean. Our a/c about froze us out. It was really nice since it’s been so hot outside. From the previous reviews I read, I was a little nervous. Security is strict here. It’s very quiet. Will definitely recommend. Thank you Motel 6.

THEY refused DO THEIR ONE JOB!!!

Hotels.com absolutely sucks and expensive "supervisors " i guess can not do their job!!! I do NOT even stay at the property!! I WILL NEVER USE HOTELS.COM AGAIN!!! i know alot of ppl that use you and they WILL NEVER USE HOTELS.COM. AGAIN. we wont you shut down but i gaurenntee that property and hotels.com will feel this lost promise yall both that!!! Low Quality with Shady Front Desk Lady

While there is less homeless population outside than the red roof in across the highway, the pest situation at the motel 6 is much worse. There are cockroaches everywhere in the room. They were crawling up and down the walls in broad daylight. Also there is only one elevator working. I told the lady I did not want a 3rd floor room due to my ankle injury and she replied that they have an elevator, after I paid for the room for the week she informed me the room she placed me in was next to the broken elevator and I would have to use the elevator completely across the property, I felt completely scammed, very shady and unethical. Half the lights in my room did not work either so I could not see well. The air conditioner worked but it still felt warm and muggy in the room.
