Homeless people are loitering everywhere and they're aggressive. Had pizza taken from door and 2 men suspiciously asking me if my dog was expensive and when I ignored them they attempted to walk up to me but fortunately my husband saw what was happening and came to help me

Dirty, room smelled, and both of us that stayed in the room was covered in bug bites.

The overwhelming amount of homeless and drug addicts. Couldn't walk outside my door without one of them being up in my face. Caught a couple of them looking into my car amd other vehicles. Day staff was helpful. But the overnight staff just didnt care and dismissed my concerns. Will never stay at this property again

In short, I was refused my room, I was lied to, I was judged, I was referred to a very trashy and unsafe hotel, the clerk or manager who ever he was, was very rude, discriminated against me. And stole my money, and just everything he said was all lies. He needs to be fired so literally he can have a bad life experience like I am.

Very depressing place to stay.

Lots of homeless people in the area squatting around for shade in breezeways. Animals popping in the parking lot. Woke up to the police daily and nightly as well. Not sure why they have a rating of 7.2.

This hotel was not the best me and my family experienced the worst walking in my room smelled strong of cigarettes and mind I am pregnant had my one yr in that mass so we had to deal w the smell then waking up founding a bed bugs in the bed and my one yr had biten I was not happy I immediately pack up left back home so make sure you check the whole thing was not worth it at all …

The area was horrible with tons of homeless people around. Even at 5 AM in the morning. Wouldn’t even let my Assistant go outside by herself and she is 20. The beds also need new mattresses. They were in very bad shape.

I didn’t stay. I questioned why I was being charged a deposit, since I hadn’t on previous visits. Hands down, worst experience I’ve ever had in a hospitality focused interaction. I was yelled at and accused of lying and stealing by the obviously undertrained and overwhelmed front desk clerk.

They delayed check in by 1 hr. We got the room at around 4pm. WiFi was very weak and they did not rectify it till our check out. TV and remote not working. Commode flush had issue. Mainly not a good place for family to stay including area around.
