Poor service

There never anyone at the desk to check you in. The first day for my room I waited 15 minutes for someone. She was nice but I still had to wait. Next day I was checking my daughter in her room. I was there 30 minutes with others waiting on someone to come to front desk. We call from my room and still no one. The phone was ringing a lot. Finally a lady went and knock on a door. She was in there the whole time. The beds were hard for me. I couldn’t sleep. Would not stay there again.

The room could have been cleaner. There was dirt in the corner of the bed when I lifted the mattress. The shower grout was not very clean but the toiletries were very nice. Breakfast had a lot of nice options. Lots of tvs in the lobby plenty of seating and a pool table

No electricity, No discount

We were put on the 3rd floor...no electricity, so no elevators, no lights in the halls and stairwells, and no warm/hot water at all. Paid full price for cold showers and dark dangerous stairs. Would have been nice if a discount or at least something was offered to make up for the extremely inconvenience.

If there was an option for below average, I would have selected that. The rooms were ok, but kind of on the smaller side, but adequate for an overnight stay. However, there was NO coffee pot and NO microwave in the room. I didn't even realize that was a possibility anymore!
