We were put on the 3rd floor...no electricity, so no elevators, no lights in the halls and stairwells, and no warm/hot water at all. Paid full price for cold showers and dark dangerous stairs. Would have been nice if a discount or at least something was offered to make up for the extremely inconvenience.
I feel like the pillows need replacing. I didn't use them.

When we went to check in the person at the front desk gave us keys to a room that was occupied. We had to go back to front desk and wait 10-15 min for anyone to get back to desk to get us a new room.
If there was an option for below average, I would have selected that.
The rooms were ok, but kind of on the smaller side, but adequate for an overnight stay. However, there was NO coffee pot and NO microwave in the room. I didn't even realize that was a possibility anymore!
Check in was so easy ! My first time staying g here and I’ll definitely be back!

We have stayed at many Tru hotels and enjoyed them. This one disappointed us with the poor water pressure and the repairs in the bathroom along the base were done very shoddily. Water in the shower was also hard to keep inside. Stay true to your mission and make sure these items are corrected.
