My partner and I came here for our 4 year anniversary with our Westie, Stanley. Overall, we cannot fault the place! The room we had was lovely and spacious, the food was beautiful and the staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful, especially to our Stanley. Stanley has thoroughly enjoyed his stay and has been spoilt rotten by the staff! We cannot thank you all enough for how welcome and comfortable you made us feel! We've already rebooked for my birthday in December 😊

Great Stay, Great Staff

The staff are amazing and very accommodating. They could not do enough to help me even when I checked him very late. They still were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and food was great and the stay was lovely. The manager of the pub was absolutely top-notch and gave great customer service.

Well situated small hotel in the centre of Olney, the on-site parking was full, so we had to park on the road outside which was ok. The room was interesting with the sink and shower in the room, it was very warm in the room and not possible to open the windows fully as there was a family of pigeons nesting outside, some of their feathers were in the room. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel but breakfast the next morning was a bit hit and miss, the menu looked good with plenty of choice. There was only one chef and one server and we had to wait a long time to have our order taken and then after about 10 minutes were told there were no pancakes and the chef couldn’t make them! The coffee was good and the food also but it took nearly an hour to have breakfast

One of my favourite hotels to stay in the area when away on business, great food and breakfast quirky and boutique style rooms only thing lets it down for me is limited on site parking.

The Bull Hotel is located in a grade 2 heritage listed building, so it's not a modern hotel, but the room was clean and large enough. The staff were wonderful and the included breakfast was wonderful. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel with unprofessional staff.

Nice hotel, but staff are unprofessional, at checking they might as well have just thrown the keys at me. Five members of staff but not one asked if they could help when we arrived. Only four people at breakfast, but still took 30 minutes to put avocado and an egg on toast.
