Contacted hotel 3 times with no response to check the room had a bath, so called and had it confirmed the room did have a bath. Arrived to find no bath, duty manager was unable to resolve as hotel was fully booked. Asked to see my booking and where it listed the bath, I struggled to pull it up as the WiFi is pretty bad, I collected the evidence whilst out at dinner elsewhere and advised him I had it ready for him to review however he never did come and check it out to get it corrected. We’ve stayed several times and it’s great value for money, however I was very disappointed with the fact the rook listed a bath that wasn’t actually there. As a single mum of 2, with very little rest and relaxation I was specially looking forward to this: would I stay a third time, absolutely but I would call and call again till I was sure the room had a bath 😊
