The room next to ours had a domestic dispute at 2:30 in the morning. I called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. My fiancé went down to the front desk and looked for any staff and found the computer monitors facing down at the front desk and someone waiting to check in and no one else. I ended up calling the police due to the escalation of the situation. The next morning when checking out, I asked the lady at the front if it’s customary to have no one at the desk overnight. She was surprised to find out what happened and appreciative for us letting her know of our experience. The room was nice and the staff that was around, was kind and accommodating. It’s was an unfortunate situation of one irresponsible employee and an intoxicated couple getting out of control that ruined a good nights sleep.

I stayed for 3 nights and for 2-1/2 days I had no tv. Sure, they had gotten some snow. But they did nothing to resolve it - the tv in the lobby only showed an error message. I was by myself and it was unpleasant. I should get some refund.
