The lady who checked us in seemed nice but very hard to understand. Her English wasn’t real clear. The Expedia site said service dogs exempt from fees. I told her one of my dogs was a service dog. She said I had 2 dogs and charged me for both. I explained this to her again and yet she charged me. Totally not cool. Our door kept beeping non stop every time someone would leave the room, There is a shampoo holder but it was empty. I brought my own but as I was washing my hair I lifted up my arm and hit it and but a small gouged in my arm and it happened again to my other arm as I was rinsing my hair. Big safety issue. People were smoking outside both doors to get onto the hotel. There really needs to be an area away from the doors where smokers can go.

Good room and stay.

Room next door was noisy but that is just luck of the draw I think. Breakfast was tasty and hot. Shower tap was messed up and I could not get a cool shower, Easter was way too hot for me. Fine for my wife.

The property is very close to the airport, breakfast started at 4:00am which was a plus as we needed to be at the airport by 6:00am. Rooms were a bit musty smelling upon arrival, improved when the air conditioning was turned on. The sink faucet leaked when turned on.
