The desk clerks were very nice, but the building has been poorly maintained with the front door being broken, multiple locations of damaged flooring, chipped paint throughout, staining on mismatched ceiling panels. It was probably a beautiful building 20 years ago that has received minimal maintenance since. Pictures show a hotel bar, but the front desk clerks said they didn’t have any bartender on staff. The complimentary breakfast was left lacking.

Check in is at 3. we drove 8 hours and then had to wait on our 2 rooms to be ready when we arrived at 6pm. we (7 of us) had to stand around in the lobby for 20 minutes while they prepped our 2 rooms. Front desk lady said no to discount for keeping 7 of us standing around. Rooms had big carpet stains and mildew all over shower. photos are from just one room. cant wait to check out. only plus was no bed bugs. expected more from Wyndham.

This stay was an absolute disaster - no housekeeping service for entirety of visit (4 nights), not enough hot water for showers, clogged drainage never addressed, key cards required daily update, no re-supply of amenities, hall and roomed odor, general uncleanliness of room and other common areas. Staff did not care to address issues as they were raised.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The front circle door was broken, the internet was down, there was a rip in the middle of our carpet, a rip in our wall, the room was really dirty, the breakfast was minimal. We requested to switch rooms because of the rip in the carpet and wall and the dirtiness and wasn’t accomadated. Stay far away from this hotel. We paid 150 on Hotels.com and it was 50 on Expedia. It was in a hard part of town to get too. Worst experience with a hotel ever. Do not stay here

Absolutely dishonest staff and property. They sold off my room of two queen beds, and only had a king bed room available. Was charged for the room one day prior, but yet upon check-in couldnt get that room. They offered no rollaway bed, or another room to accommodate me and roommate. I explained to the employee that im not gay, and either is he, so its not plausible to share a king bed. Employee apologized and offered a refund which would have forced us to sleep outside, or in car. That was not possible at 12am. The employee offered a sheet and thats it. Ended up taking the sheet a.d grabbed cushions off of the lobby couches. Roomate slept on the floor on couch cushions with one sheet and no blankets. Absolutely atrocious!!!! These jerks charged us ahead of time for a two queen bed room and then turned around and sold it off for a huge profit, and forced us to be in the king room!!! I want the profit they benefited from!!! Disgraceful!!!!

We did not get hearing assistance room. We were also charged a deposit for our service animal. We were unable to plug in our medical devices as the room didn’t have plugins. The room did have a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. Again due to plugs you had to crawl under desk and switch plugs around depending on what appliances you wanted to use. The swimming pool was indoors but the water was ice cold. The breakfast was free but the milk die cereal was expired. The item label as pork was anything but pork. The coffee was moldy as was the bread. This property should be shut down and Wyndham Resorts should seriously rethink if they allow this standard for their properties to continue. I know my wife and I will never stay here or any other Wyndham if this is their standards. If I could give zero stars I would.

Go at your own risk! Everything smells pungent! Flies in the room that crawl on you. Stains on linen. We had to open a window to air it out. Sprayed Lysol to disinfect the whole room! Bathroom floor was sticky! I had to mop the floor. Bathtub had stains. Toilet bowl not scrubbed. Towels smelly. Breakfast was a joke. Muffins on weekdays and burnt pork sliced sausages on weekends. Watered down milk and orange juice. Front desk are mostly Indians and not helpful. WiFi didn’t work! Holes on walls. Front doors not working. The whole place needs to be shut down. Not worth the price or hassle.

My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, marred by numerous issues from check-in to amenities. Upon arrival, despite booking a queen-sized bed, I was assigned a room with a full-sized bed. When I questioned this at the front desk, the staff initially confirmed it was a full, then immediately changed their story to "it's a queen" when I pointed out the discrepancy, refusing to acknowledge their prior statement. It became clear this wasn't an isolated incident, as other guests reported similar experiences. When I pressed for a partial refund to reflect the room type, I was met with an incredibly rude and frankly threatening response: "our policy is to not give refunds. If you want to keep being a problem, we can kick you out and sell your room to someone else and keep both $$." This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. The room itself was in a deplorable state. It was clear it had not been cleaned before our check-in, as personal belongings from the previous guest were still present (I have photographic evidence). The bathroom floor was noticeably sticky, and there was an unpleasant, unidentified odor throughout the room. The mini-fridge had been left in defrost mode with the door open, resulting in a soaked floor from melted ice upon our arrival. Furthermore, basic amenities were lacking. The window curtain did not fully close, allowing a bright parking lot light to shine directly into the room all night. For three people staying in the roo

We arrived at the hotel 5 hours after check in time and had to wait for our room because rooms were still not cleaned. We finally hot into our room and it was filthy disgusting, had to ho down the hall to tell cleaning people and they came in wiped off one table and left again. Hotel hardly ever has hot water. Front doors are broke the place looks like it never gets vacuumed. I complained to the front desk, i told them i would leave if i could but it is college world series and not a single room available in this whole city. I do not recommend ever staying here.
