We came here for our 30th wedding anniversary. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and the restaurant that was available. The pool and hot tub were nice. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient to Lake of the Clouds, etc. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This property was simply amazing! Right on Superior! Had several fire rings for use - you had to provide your own wood but everywhere you look its for sale for like $5! The room was immaculate. The ammenities were fantastic. Has on site bar and restaurant! Which is such a luxury when traveling with kids! And we found several Yooperlite rocks right in water in front of Hotel! Safe-clean-food-pool- and right on Lake Superior! The stuff was amazing especially the breakfast staff! They kept it clean and stocked even came around asking if people wanted a refill on coffee! The best continental breakfast i have ever seen!!! You can see the pride in their work! Even the chef in restaurant! I had the best asparagus and tomatoes cooked beautifully!! Bartender too had fun drinks!

There are few option in the vicinity of Silver City. This one sits right on Lake Superior and is fairly picturesque. The room was typical AmericInn (clumsy name). Because there's little competition in this area, the price for the room was high. If it were in a more high populated area, it would probably be 30-40% less. The room was clean and comfortable, but not outstanding.

Shoulder Season

I visited for work. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Right on the water, beautiful location. The bedding could have been warmer but in the summer it would be fine. Maybe I’ll go back and spend more time there.

I loved our stay here! The custmer service was excellent! They were patient, gracious, pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and inviting. The jacuzzi tub in room was also clean and relaxing. The pool was a good size and the hot tub was a great way to relax after hiking. The breakfast was good with a few hot options like sausage, scrambled eggs and make your own waffles. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and I would recommend.

Great stay

Staff was super nice. Views were really pretty. The cinnamon bread was delicious. The eggs and sausage were fine. Loved the pool, sauna and hot tub area. Quiet room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the games in the lobby.
