The location of this property is great. The rooms are a little tired and could use a refresh. As smoking is allowed in several locations on the property, the smells and exposure can be overwhelming.

Proximity to beach and grocery store were a big plus. The beach was Beautiful! Very friendly staff who really work hard for you. Palm tours on site helped arrange our activities and transportation to and from the airport

Location to Eagle Beach Double Down Restaurant is very good think it might be promoted more to guests as it is close to the resort but a short stroll to get to.

There are washer and dryers available on each floor for guest use for $2 each. The pool area is quiet with ample loungers and daily activities. The beach is an easy 5 min walk through La Cabana. Eagle Beach is a free public beach with about 100 palapas which fill up unnaturally fast each morning. People go at 6 am to save one. If you don’t get one, watch for someone to leave and pounce. Make sure you find the Eagle Aruba guy to get the right chairs. If not you will be accosted LOL. The beach situation is kind of a racket but the beach is beautiful and the water is welcoming.

Eagle Aruba is great for families. Especially with young children. Loved the 3 pools. Room was great. Loved the kitchen. We ate out once a day and snacked in our room. Food offering was okay. Pizza great. Drinks reasonably priced. Entertainment good. Not like a hotel. Towels changed but you do need to pick up after yourself.

We just came back from an amazing trip to Aruba. Reviews - the hotel is very clean and the staff does a great job maintaining the pool areas. There are 3 beautiful pools and they are great with a lot of shaded areas - no issues getting seats. Very walkable to the beach and the supermarket and there is a comedy club / sports bar almost attached to the facility. Everyone working there is very nice and the vibe at the hotel is chill and low key. Lots of happy hour options as well! Cons - it’s loud. The air comes on in the room in fits and spurts and makes a loud noise for the 35 seconds it runs which woke us up multiple times at night. Try not to get a room facing the highway (sunrise tower) because we heard motorcycles whiz by at night. Tip - they do not provide conditioner or body lotion so you will need to bring your own. Overall, a great stay with the minor convenience of noise.

It was convenient to the beach and was affordable but you had to be up before the sun was to get a chair at the beach or the pool. Not relaxing if you have to do that. Also housekeeping did the minimum they had to Made the bed and changed the towels did not sweep or do another tidying up.
