Staff were just fine. My room had a king size bed and a single bed, but the room was too small for both beds. The middle person couldn't get out of the bed except from the foot of the bed. Worse - there were only two light switches - one for the bathroom and one for the whole rest of the room. If someone had to go to the bathroom In the middle of the night, the bathroom light shone directly into the eyes of the other two sleeping. We never did figure out the room temperature controls. Just plane bad room design. We all had a bad night's sleep.

We had issues with the AC, but the staff worked hard to rectify it, which they did. This is a good but basic hotel. Not budget, just basic. Great location, very central. Would stay again.
