Holiday Inn Express & Suites is my go to chain when I need a hotel. I have stayed at different ones in different states and they are all excellent! The rooms are clean, staff is always friendly and helpful at every location. The breakfast is the best I have had at any hotel chain. There are options for everyone including those with food allergies. The Ft Washington hotel was no exception, fantastic stay while visiting family and friends.

Our stay overall was good. I just didn’t like at check in that instead me getting what I prepaid for they gave us a double and because they upgraded to a suite they acted like I should be grateful. When your husband is 6”5 and the bed looked like his feet would be hanging off that’s not cool. I booked a King for that reason.

Overall a fantastic stay. The only gripe I had that stood me from getting a five star was the shower drain not functioning properly. My wife wanted to use bath, but the water wouldn’t stop draining.

Great, friendly staff and clean room. Really good breakfast. My only complaint is the shower knob was loose, making it hard to get the temperature right and the water pressure was lacking a little.

The place itself was okay, but two of our five guests, myself included, did not get any sleep whatsoever. The upstairs air conditioning dripped onto our metal window lip and so all you heard all night long was a very loud tap tap tap every couple of seconds…never ceasing. I ended up sleeping in the car just to get some quiet sleep.
