Great house plenty of space.

Great house, well equipped and good location. Gate can get congested at times with traffic but the safety of a gated community outweighs the wait.

No Reimburse money for canceling 3 days.

Haven't received the money for the change in itinerary. I contacted the owner by email in the alloted time period for a full refund on the 3 days. I Have not heard or recieved confirmation on my refund. Can you please help me?

Great location and house size but poor maintenance

The location, layout and size of the house are great but the maintenance and key elements of the house were deficient. When we arrived the dish washer wasn’t working. The stove door stayed locked while using it and couldn’t take out our meal, needed to work on it for 20 mins to be able to open the door. The shower curtain was moldy and unsanitary , one of the island chairs was broken witch could be a safety hazard. The outdoor pool was loosing water and needed to be constantly filled. 2 broken long chair were also broken. A toilet seat was broken and the oven mits were missing witch are part of the checklist. All these were reported by email but not actioned until I called a few times and spoke to a manager. Than most of the issues were fixed. But when I am on vacation I don’t want to deal with the same issues I would deal at home. This was disappointing for the discrepancies above.

Great Family Home

The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was exactly as pictured and we had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with extra beddings, kitchen gear and anything else you might need!
