I just open the door of the room and I get impressed with the bad condition of the room, I close the door and ask for my money back and they told me to communicate with Hotel.com and I never get my money back

I booked 2 rooms and when we got there there was nobody in the office and they had a paper on the door that said there where no rooms available after they took our money. When i claim my money back they didnt want to give me back my money for the 2nd room. Scammers

I don’t do reviews normally but this place is unusually bad. Living and dead cockroachs in the bathroom and the bathtub is black and Purple, really nasty. The worst place I have stayed. It needs to be fixed letting humans stay

I would give this place a -5, there were multiple ROACHES, HOLES in the walls, NO TOILET PAPER. The room was dirty, Crackheads very load outside my room at the read of the building. For $120.00 a night they should be ashamed to take reservations or rent rooms. This establishment should be condemned.

Arrived after a flight with 5 other families standing outside. We had no way to access the building nor was there anyone available. I was able to get a hold of someone about 1:44 am. He stated the office closed at 1 am.
