The room was fine, but we checked out a day early and they refused to give us a refund for the last day. Said it wasn't in their policy and changes had to be made by Dec 14.

The room had s bit of odor in it when we arrived, like damp. As it had not been used for a while. But once we settled in and turn on the Ac it went away. The staff was awesome always. My only comment is that you huys need more ilumination on the parking, it looks like a murder hotel in the night. And also verify the location on Maps because its out of place. Other than tat it wss great

Parking was ample. AC worked like a champ. They do a great job of keeping things clean and neat. Almost felt like I was staying at home! Right outside the main drag it's about a 45 second ride to tons of food and fun. We stayed to go to the theme parks, which were no more than 8 to 10 minutes away. I even had the pleasure to speak with the owner like he was a friend of mine for years.

Very dirty. Rude front desk staff. Hotel/room did not match what was posted on the app. Left that same hour and did not get a refund which we didn’t care about in that moment because it was that bad. Booked our stay at a better nearby hotel.

The room itself was very clean and they did a very nice job. Even though it’s an older hotel, but the common areas need more attention for cleaning. Plus, I would also recommend some kind of an exercise space as well as a breakfast option, even if it’s just toast or something. Would save all of us travelers lots of money in travel if we can just grab something to go rather than stopping at a restaurant with the cost of fast food accelerating.

Air conditioning was terrible because when turned off smelled badly . Had to turn it off because it was very cold in the room. Told staff about the smell he said you turned off the a/c . So I froze in the room couldn’t really sleep because it was so cold

Perfect for those who just need a place for the night(s). No frills so not ideal for a family with kids who need to be kept busy when not visiting Orlando attractions. However, for those who just need a budget friendly place to stay one couldn't do better than Destiny Palms. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and close to attractions. This is our new "Go To Hotel" when visiting Orlando.

There were cockroaches in the room, also in the fridge, above the bed and in the bathroom, there was do not disturb sign, and no privacy when we were not in the place, we lost a shopping bag in the room because of this
