It was good. Staff, From reception to bar staff truly terrific. The manager on duty was called over for a question and was very non engaging and did not to anything out of the ordinary to encase of better the interaction. Seems as though the staff deliver the wow factor and the management detract from the experience.

Building and Room are very clean and very well upkeep. Staff and service are very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed our stay there and will definitely use them again when we travel back to Orlando.

Hotel was nice. Room was clean. Enjoyed the chef making omelets to order. Did not like getting a knock at the door at 9:30am and the lady stating, "Check out!" I was confused and asked, "Isn't check out at 11am?" All she did was walk away and say Okay.
