Staff, Flor and Luis were great! The hotel main lobby is absolutely beautiful. The outside of the hotel doesn’t show how nice it is inside. The rooms are clean but ok, thank God they are in the middle of a renovation so the dated rooms will soon look awesome. Location is great, breakfast very good.

All of the staff we encountered were super nice and friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here on another Orlando trip. It is 7 minutes from Universal Studios… prime location!

Very clean, friendly staff, great location. As a dog show ecibitor for royal canin i am greatful for properties who support the venue. My only issue is with people not picking up after their dogs. Nice locations are hard to come by with show dogs in tow, please do better!
