I didn’t like that there wasn’t any maid service the whole stay, nor that I had to ask at the desk for more shampoo and toilet paper and new towels for a 6 night stay. Staff was friendly, but not sure I’d stay again.

I was on a budget on this trip and it seemed like this was the best option. the room and facility are clean but it is no frills. the breakfast was included but in my opinion I would have rather eaten out. the staff is great and very helpful and friendly. i am happy i stayed here but with so many options in Orlando i might try something else next time.

Great place

Room was clean but sparse - no extras but it was great for what we needed. Only tried once but at 7am there was no coffee available in the lobby and no in room coffee pot. Ideal for what we needed which was essentially just a place to sleep while visiting family elsewhere.

Uncomfortable format. Echo in the room. Upstairs guests could be heard late into the night. $20 parking fee could not include in regular bill, had to be billed separate. shower heads broken un repaired tho obviously broken. Plastic liner for ice bucket did not fit the bucket, too small. Breakfast was out of several items while there was an attendant not keeping up with demand. Bed was loud and squeaky. Many more but i fee like a Karen listing all these. Was needing two nights but decided in the first 10 minutes ill find somewhere else.

The hotel looks outdated inside the building, the quality of the rooms, furniture, and appliances needs to be improved. The wall colors give off a dated 1970s vibe, which could benefit from a more modern refresh. Breakfast was ok, but the atmosphere felt a bit unusual with some guests seemingly residing in the hotel long-term.

Great stay!

Would have liked a tub, and daily room service (although I didn't request it). Clean and quiet place though and central to Orlando atttractions while being reasonably priced. And I loved the breakfast buffet.
