Worst hotel ever do not stay. Says have free breakfast but it was not breakfast it was barely edible. Thankfully there’s a Publix next door so we could get food. The staff doesn’t speak English so if you don’t speak Spanish it was very hard to communicate with them. Beds were so uncomfortable and we didn’t get a lick of sleep. Please do yourself a favor and get another hotel.
Fab budget hotel. Breakfast options were good, staff helpful at check in. Great location for outlets and other shops. Rooms bright, modern and clean. Only let down no in-room safe, no drawers aside from two small bedside tables and not much hanging space. There was a rubbish collection somewhere outside around 5am each morning which wasn’t great.

Why does the A/C make so much noise?
The A/C and floors were noisy. It was difficult to sleep. The shower was nice and the location is good. Also did not realize that parking would be $19 per night.

The location was great even though it was hidden. That was the only good thing. Screaming children running up and down hall all day and night long. Breakfast was terrible. Tables were dirty. No one barley spoke or understood English.
It took the front desk staff 45 minutes to check in the two guests in front of me. This was very inconvenient after a long day to try and keep a toddler and baby from getting upset. Additionally, charging $19 per night extra for parking is robbery. For positives, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good.
The pool was small and kinda dirty, ducks swim in it! Lol, There were great amenities in the area, with an outlet mall close by! The transfers were fixed and the times weren’t great but it got you there.
It was a very basic hotel. Rooms are quite small. Pool is small, cold and shaded which makes the kids not want to stay in very long. There are not at a lot of services within walking distance. Stay was just okay, nothing fancy, probably wouldn’t stay again or recommend.
It was very good except for the last day when the 2nd room was closed because the lock would work. This made for to much chaos. The food was marginal.

We had a three person 4 night stay, and not once did housekeeping go in for anything. We had to go get towels, we had to take out the trash to the hallway because it was overflowing. We were woken up 2 mornings in a row with fire alarms, but no fire trucks OR direction from employees. The breakfast was so crowded we skipped it most mornings because there was nowhere to sit. The pool table and shuffle board are great BUT takes up space that could be used to accommodate breakfast eaters.
