The hotel has beautiful grounds, I just wish the rooms were a little cleaner. I notice the bathroom shower and bathroom wall could have been cleaner. I had to ask for housekeeping to come and clean the room. After being gone for over 5 hours btw. When someone did come she only made the bed and took out the trash all of which we had already sat by the door. She didn’t clean, she took the dirty towel but didn’t leave clean towels. While the Wi-Fi was included unfortunately it hardly ever worked.

I like the hotel,even though they don't offer free breakfast. You have to pre pay. The breakfast choice was limited , and not that great. The housekeeping did not such a good job they kept leaving only one wash cloth for me and my other guest. Upon check out , the receptionist ask if she could email me a receipt or print it out Luckily i ask for both, because they charged me 106.00 dollars for parking, when i didn't even have a car. I literally returned back inside and ask why was i charged for parking, the receptionist had the nerve to say" oh yea I seen that. So what the hell lady you was going to rip me off. Also if you bring food from outside and want to heat it up, there is literally no microwave in the huge hotel for usage. Overall the pool area was ok. Not a big deal to stay here. I would next time do my due diligence and research a better hotel to stay at.

Upon arrival, the hotel is very nice. I was given an accessible room (not requested). Because of this, showers were very uncomfortable. Felt like a college dorm shower room shower. I was given stained towels. Some days things would be moved or replaced but other days they were not. The lobby was nicer than the room. Air conditioner is right next to the bed and extremely loud. Not very user friendly either.

Hotel was fine except we wasted 1 whole afternoon of our trip waiting in the lobby for check-in for 3 hours as they had no rooms ready! It was an inconvenience to say the least .

I was disappointed to find I was charged days after my stay for the “destination fee-$15/day” for a hop on hop off bus which I didn’t need and I did eat there daily, it says you can use a food and breathe credit with it also ($15) which I was not told about. I called to ask nicely and was told “sorry sir it’s on the website” so that tells me this is a common theme. I don’t mind paying for things but a surprise bill after the stay is rediculois, when I checked out my bill said I didn’t owe anything. I don’t like surprises esp for something I didn’t use.

My first time staying at this hotel, and I will say the stay was very nice. I stayed here because I was attending the Premiere Hair Show. The guys at the front desk were really, really nice (I wish I remembered both of their names). The beds slept very comfortably and the decor and colors throughout the hotel were so beautiful. The decor and colors were some of my favorites. The waiter who served breakfast every morning (I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights) was named Therry. He was absolutely great—kind, polite, and always making sure everything was perfect. He regularly checked on me to see if I needed anything else. One time, the cook put cheese on my sandwich when I had asked for no cheese, and Therry corrected it quickly. He was always professional, had a great attitude, and was very friendly. I will say he made my dining experience enjoyable and comfortable every morning. Considering he was mainly the only one bringing out food to the tables during breakfast, even on the busy days, he did a magnificent job and worked very hard. The guy at the gift shop who worked in the afternoons, Alejandro, was very polite, friendly, patient, and attentive. He was such a sweetheart, and his smile lit up the entire shop. Every time he saw me, he spoke and asked how my day was going. He was very welcoming and friendly. Therry and Alejandro were the highlights of my stay. Even though you have other great employees like the guys at the front desk, Therry and Alejandro stood out the most to me

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were super helpful and the hotel itself is superb. Very well located for theme parks and local amenities. Cannot recommend enough.
