Have keys that work. i didn’t stay here. the rooms weren’t ready (it was 9pm when i arrived). nobody’s key card worked. they had one person at the front desk and she was awesome. they had to have a maintenance guy re program key cards. listen i waited in that lobby for close to an hour before i was told pretty much there are no rooms and this place is a disaster. i need my money back. embarrassing. I called expedia last night to get my money back with no success. if i don’t get my money back we will have problems.

We stayed 5 nights and our room was only regreshed once, and only one new towel was provided. We had to ask for towels. Breakfasts were gross...rubber sausage, plastic eggs, cold pancakes, no plates, broken microwaves....would not recommend this hotel.

The lights went out in the hotel room until about 4pm in the afternoon. The maitenece man took the switches odf the wall and left the exposed wires for hrs. I then tried to take a nap and he was in and out of the room for hrs until it was fixed. The front desk didnt care. The bathroom door was dirty and didnt close as well as the bathroom itself. Nothing more than a road side travel Lodge. You pay the Expedia fees and think that’s all you have to pay, but when you get to the hotel, they charge you $35-$55 extra. Even though you’ve already paid! Expedia needs to remove this hotel from their listings. Not to mention, we were sleeping a little after midnight, and an employee busted into our room without knocking.

Yes it was a little downgraded for the price they charge. A lot of fixing needs to be done. Building needs to be painted. They charge $15 per day for parking which I thought was ridiculous because they have signed saying park at your own risk. No security watching our cars so why pay that fee. And the resort fee is also ridiculous they don’t offer any amenities. Breakfast was cold and food was over cooked. Won’t stay here again. The only reason why I booked there because it was what I found after our other hotel over booked us and we had to find whatever was available at 7:00 in the evening.

The breakfast options sucked, like 2-3 options and wayyy too many people! Had to pay an extra 15$ for parking and 20$ for amenities that we didn’t even use plus the subpar breakfast. The rooms were nice though, that’s chill.

The room was nasty. We walked into the room and immediately left and checked out due to the room being visibly dirty, the lamp shade had what looked to be mold on it and the floors were covered in filth. I’ve been fighting with getting a refund for days, we checked out of the hotel minutes after checking in and are having the hardest time getting refunded.

I was kinda worried at first if it would be a good hotel but I stand corrected... It was pretty good/ decent hotel. We only stayed for a day! For what is worth.. It was a pretty decent hotel and great location for stuff near by! 7 out of 10. Front desk Linda (I believe that was her name) was very kind and sweet while checking in! Would definitely book again. Breakfast was pretty good too!

The hotel looked sketchy upon arrival. Since it was non refundable stated anyway. There were dead bugs on the floor in the room. Pretty sure one of them was a bed bug. I have a large bite on my back that is now infected. It’s either a spider bite or a bed bug bite. Waiting on the doctor toll look at it. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

This hotel is old and rundown. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICS ONLINE. There was black mold at the base of the bathroom door. Mildew on the lampshades also. Needs new room doors. And they charged me for parking when Hotels.com advertises as parking included. They also charge for early checkin and have the AUDACITY to charge a resort fee. This place is NOT a resort. Front desk “supervisor” Lorna was very unfriendly and borderline rude. Would never stay again.
