Great breakfast, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We had a family suite with bunk beds and they had bunk lights by the beds, one was hanging from the wall with no bulb. Not the safest for small, curious kids. Couch was hard. Overall, would stay again.

Room was perfect but the shuttle service was a disaster. I Mae a reservation for my parents. I requested to please pick them up from Orqlando airport on Feb/01/26 at 10:40. I called my parents at 11:45 pm to ask the how was the flight and if they like the hotel. My father answer and they were outside the airport at the line the shuttle told them to wait. I have to clarify that yesterday in Florida Orlando was really cold. I called the hotel and they apologize for the inconvenience, they said that it was a 3rd party company supposed to pick them up 🤔.

Nice people/staff at front desk and the parking worked out well. The hotel itself is dated and a bit tired, shower was chipped and room/ furnishings were sort of in the same state. The van picked us up pretty promptly when we called.
