This property was under complete renovation and this was not communicated to me by Expedia or at check in. Took my wife for a weekend getaway and it was a disaster! The hotel was “ok”. It checked the boxes for needs like toiletries, beds, and running water. However, the room had many exposed wires, the water pressure was terrible, the bathtub did not hold water properly. The many restaurants were not predictable for hours. The waterpark was closed one day due to a wild raccoon they were unable to capture and for multiple times each day the pool was closed due to human feces. There was not nearly enough seating at the pool for even 1/4 of the people attending the pool.

Fast and easy ckeck in. Once in room ~ hair in the sink. Only 2 sets of towels had to request more. Had to call for an extra blanket. Blanket had huge holes. Room does not have hours of operation of pool or where ice is located. Had to keep calling guest services. It was not smooth at all.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was charged a mandatory resort fee at checkout. However, I did not use any of the facilities or amenities that this fee is meant to cover. When I raised this issue with the front desk, I was informed that the charge is mandatory, regardless of usage. I find it unreasonable to be required to pay for services I did not use. I believe that fees should reflect actual usage or at the very least be optional, especially for guests who have no intention of using those amenities.

Older, but updated property. We paid a lot of money for the waterpark to only have it get shut down multiple times because of lightning in the area. By law, if it is within 7 miles they have to shut it down. Then there was a near drowning, and the waterpark was shut down for two hours. Then feces in the pool shut it down again. Things happen, I just wish we thought this through before we booked this place.

It was goog the room looked bigger in the pics but is ok .. very cleaned and the staff nice .. the ONLY THING that we were NOT ok with is having to pay for parking (we did not see that theres was a charge for it in none of the descriptions ) othere then that .. it was really nice

Ah, where do I begin?The room was damp and uncomfortable—our bedding actually felt wet, and the room smelled musty. My daughter kept saying her sheets felt soaked. The crib provided for my baby was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was loud construction during our stay, and the pool was closed—none of which we were told ahead of time. We reached out to both the hotel and Expedia for help, but no one took responsibility. This stay was nothing like what was advertised. I would not stay here again.
