The hotel is nice and clean. Easy access but there is a little moisture problem if you turn off the ac the sheets feels damp. But other than that it’s good

Our flight to Orlando was delayed 3 times due to the craft “overheating.” We did not arrive to the hotel until after 11PM. The gentleman at the desk informed me that I no longer had the two queen bedroom I already reserved and paid for. He offers me a king I told him that was not acceptable as the other guests and I were not going to be sleeping in the same bed. He then offered a king with a pull out bed. Total disregard for my response of, “no thank you I want what I paid for.” He then tells me I have to pay an additional $50 hold for incidentals. Along with a sign indicating if we have a vehicle parking was ten dollars a night. All of these was very frustrating. Other than that our stay was good.
