The first night an alarm went off around 2:30 in the morning which woke me up and sent me into a panic. I could not go back to sleep for several hours. Which ruined my day Saturday. The room never got cool enough! Then several days after checking out we received a email stating that we had to pay $150 for “Resort fees and Parking.” This was never disclosed at the check in. We actually were told that parking was included and that everything was already paid in full and to not pay for the parking because it was included in our room. Called the facility and they stated that since we booked through a 3rd party that we didn’t pay enough basically.

Hotel is phenomenal; check in was excruciating. We waited three hours in the lobby before we were allowed to go to our rooms. After a long trip, that just won’t do. It appears they need more house keeping staff.

Nice location everything was within 15 mins parks, Disney springs, outlets, etc. I did not like the hidden fee’s at the property. I booked thru Expedia and non of this info was exposed so it was very mis leading. Also, had an incident were someone was trying to break into our room thru a connecting door in our room at 3 am. Security did follow up the rest of our stay there but honestly that was concerning and alarming. Besides that we did enjoy our stay here everyone was very nice and attentive!

Great location and mostly pleasurable stay. Check in process for my husband was horrendous and not a good way to start off vacation for him.. I added him to the guest check-in prior to his arrival and everything was assured everything would be OK. But when he checked in a different clerk, was very rude to him and it took over an hour. I actually had to go down there. Not a great way to start off a vacation and our wedding anniversary. Our last trip there had been cut short in April because my husband had a medical condition. We were trying to give it a 2nd trip. Restaurant staff and services generally pretty good too. The hotel is conveniently located by Seaworld and a great site for conventions. Valet was exceptional. Facilities are well maintained. Rooms are great. My husband was quite upset most of the day.
