The living space was nice but I was freaked out by the rats and raccoons roaming the property various times of day and night on 3 different occasions. The raccoons were hanging out on the second floor

Never again.

The staff disabled our room key card prior to check out time with all of our luggage in the room. To make matters worse, our Uber almost left us and we almost missed our flight. Security said we should have been contacted if our cards were going to be disabled. Never again.

When I arrived I was put in a unit that was never cleaned, then I was told to wait there while Someone brought me my new room keys. I ended up having to go pick them up because it was taking forever , HOWEVER, the staff handled it correctly ! The lady in concierge was so amazing, she was the best person I dealt with my whole stay. The rooms are definitely out dated. The outside of the buildings are questionable, especially the elevators.
