It was good everyone was nice! I just didn’t like having the same type of breakfast everyday!! They never came to fix the ice maker in the freezer when I asked them too. Other than that everything went well..

There was vomit on the floor between the two beds and I mentioned if to the front desk and informed the front desk that some on my clothing and shoes got contaminated by it and I asked to have the manager on duty to contact me and the manager never did during my stay from May 26-June 1, 2025. I asked the front desk to have the manger to contact me to discuss replacing my clothes and shoes for the value of and or also discuss providing me with half off my stay. The insult came after I had checked out and on my travel back home I get an email with a dry apology for an excuse and credit back for one night’s stay. I started to file a complaint to the Florida Secretary of State Office, the hotel's corporate office, the Consumer Protection Agency, the Florida Department of Health and any other agency about the unsanitary conditions but I tried to handle it at the hotel level with its management but they failed to do their jobs in this matter.

TownePlace was excellent! We arrived at 8 a.m., and Andrew at the front desk kindly offered us an early check-in option. Since it was well before their usual early check-in time, there was a small $40 fee—which we were happy to pay, as our kids were exhausted after a long flight. The room was clean, the pool was a blast, the drinks at the pool bar were great, and the onsite laundry was super convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including several just a minute’s walk away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Checked in to our first room and Ac was not working at all! Went to front desk and at first wanted to just leave a note for the next day but I could not sleep like that! He fixed it up and put me on a different room only for my daughter to find pubes in the toilet. The rest was ok I guess

I recently stayed at TownePlace Suites and had a wonderful experience overall. The service was excellent, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the best of the area. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. One of the standout features was the breakfast buffet, which was a delightful addition to the experience—fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The only slight downside was that the sofa bed could have been more comfortable. Additionally, I was hoping for bacon on the buffet, which unfortunately wasn’t available. Despite these minor issues, I would highly recommend TownePlace Suites to anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service and a prime location. I look forward to returning in the future!
