Hotel was clean and rooms are spacious. Very convenient to Seaworld and Aquatica and only 1 exit away from Universal parks. Only reason i gave 4 stars is because one elevator was not working and this created occasional waits for elevator.

Teens were running around the floor and knocking doors in night for fun Toilet is very small. A roll over bed could have enhanced the stay experience as bed is not wide enough for 2 people and a good sleep is what people need after hectic day.

Clean, conveniently located near Seawarld with a free shuttle. Very quiet, parking is $15/day. Included breakfast was not the best, almost everything had pork including the scrambled eggs. The so called queen beds are vey small. In room large fridge, microwave, hot top, brewing coffee machine, toaster, pots, utensils, etc. No safe in room, no full size mirror, the water in the faucet was very week.

I was on the 6th floor yet I could smell sewage backup from bathtub drainage. I didn't knew that smell was coming from there. I didn't closed the bathtub drainage and the whole room was filled with bad smell. Reception never picks up the call irrespective of when you call.
