Not sure why they charge for parking. There’s no security or any gates to go in and out. Just a way to make extra money. Hotel is great. But make me think twice for that reason

Would definitely stay again

The hotel is perfect for seaworld visits The room is well equipped and the beds are comfortable, the pillows are not brilliant but didn't spoil our stay. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. Well equipped gym and pleasant pool although we noticed guests from the hotel next door used it also which made it difficult to find room which was a little disappointing.

This hotel has the most horrible customer service and the manager is never available. Deposit for the hotel is 100 and you dont even get the full deposit back i had to wait more than a month to recieve half of the deposit never again on top of that u have to pay $15 a day for parking lol

We had a short 2 night stay. The beds are t that comfortable the clean was a bit dirty, however the staff was pleasant. The bartender at the bar was so sweet. The breakfast was good my kids loved playing in the lobby.

Front desk staff are not welcoming. When we left the man with earrings yesterday at front desk (4/25/25 10:45 am) looked at me like he didn’t want to be there. Will not be back to this location

We come to Orlando every April for Cheer All star world competition. This was our first time staying here and so far this is year 4 it was our favorite stay. Very close to sea world and about a 5 min drive (Lyft) to convention center. The kitchen was perfect size for us for the week. will def stay again.

The room service and room was very clean. However, the front/reception staff was horrible. They were rude. I asked four times for a light bulb to be simply changed in the overhead lamp near the kitchen table. They never fixed it. I have never experience any thing like this. And I never write negative reviews. But this definitely needs to be reported.

Didn’t like: -The shower smelled bad like drain water., -The Bathroom was missing basic toiletries like bath soap, body cream. -Hotel does not provide drinking water bottles in the room and it needs to be purchased every time at high price.
