Pros- clean rooms, area well lit, shuttle to universal studios Cons- stayed for a week and breakfast was subpar. The selection was small and the pans of eggs and sausage seemed to be empty no matter if we came in at 0715 or 0930

Was easy access. Peter, overnight support, was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was quite basic.. we often times came downstairs 30min before end time and then they weren't refilling anymore. Overall exactly what we needed.

The cleanliness!! Every day the staff would clean the room. They did fold my son’s pijamas. They serve the same Food every day, if you planing to stay many days, you are going to get tired of the same food. Otherwise is good!
