The receptionist and staff were very courteous and polite. The room was very clean and large in size. We had an issue with the heat but the hotel promptly fixed it. The hotel is a great location with many restaurants and amenities. The breakfast could benefit from some upgrade on food choices. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Room was very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Location was great. Parking was free. Only small complaint was bathtub/shower handle was very loose, to the point of almost falling off, and housekeeping didn't report it to maintenance.

The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful during check in, which was very easy. The property and room are very clean. The hotel was easy to find and seemed very safe. My lower rating is due to the sleep quality - bed was really hard and uncomfortable and pillows are to small and too soft. I barely slept.
