First of all checking could be better. I requested a room away from the highway, and it was not ready until 40 minutes after check in. The front desk staff was rude and had an attitude at my husband, even though we were calm at all times. After we finally got to our room, yes, it was clean and spacious, the room itself is dated and needs a makeover urgently, especially the bathrooms. One of the elevators was broken the whole time we were there. Good thing we were on the second floor and just used the stairs most of the time as the wait for the only working elevator was too long. The breakfast buffet was good with hot and cold items, but it was literally the same every day with no variation on the hot items whatsoever. There’s a shuttle to Seaworld and Aquatica, which was reliable for pick up from the hotel, but really late for pick up at the parks. They say you have to make reservations, but the driver did not request any proof when we boarded. Overall, I would not return to this hotel, unless is cheaper price or they do renovations.

they charge $25 for packaging? raise the price of the room, don't insult our intelligence, the staff behind the desk don't wear uniforms and don't have a name tag so no uniform policy in place, when you check in or out, good luck finding a luggage cart, It's clear that the management has no training and they are very rude and unpleasant, The good thing about them is the restaurant that is open from 4-10 and the pool for kids

We always love Residence Inn. But in this room that we're currently checked in the tv and telephone in the bedroom does not work. My son have to go down to the front desk to inform about the problem, he was told they will send someone to check. It's been more than an hour nobody has came.

The property itself its a bit old , albeit the room might be a bit more modern with a nice flat tv . The room distribution is awkward, our room was missing some things and some refresh of some items but that was easily solved with room service. The sofa bed is useless so I would not recommend planning on use it as a bed! The view at least is nice but be advised the elevators are far from some rooms and walking will be long. The internet is quite restricted and you have to pay to get unrestricted access and the paid parking feels a bit dishonest since parking entrance is open and not guarded. The TV is also restricted and removing the box so you can plug your own device means you lose access to volume and picture controls. The pools are ok , not bad but also not that great compared to nearby hotels and lastly the breakfast area is nice but be advised during summer season it gets quite full and takes time. I would say its ok , lacking some variety but only because the huge number of guests most likely.

Check in was fine but as we got to our room , they had these loud fans going off by our door which was annoying because they didn’t turn it off until late night. Our room was fine but we noticed a couple of dead cockroaches on the table and in the cabinets.
