The hotel and staff are great in a great location. The room was too small for two persons unless for one or two nights. Do not miss the rooftop restaurant! Amazing views and food.

Osaka is wonderful but this hotel was not. Found a used bandaid in our hotel room (not ours) and the room was dusty. Layout was also not optimal for the tiny space it provided. The worst part was the laundry facility. Their combo washer dryers DO NOT dry and the 4 units they have is not enough for the hotel’s population. Folks were waiting HOURS into the night to return to their rooms with sopping wet clothes despite dropping hundreds of yen on extra dry cycles (I ran 6!). The front desk’s solution was to “use more machines” which would screw over more people down the road. No thank you and won’t be coming back

Great time at this hotel. Great value and great location. Rooms are a bit small, but that is true in most of Japan hotels. Staff is cery friendly and the hotel is literaly located right at a station extit :)

Our stay was good. It was in a great location with close access to some of the different subway lines and only a 15 minute walk from JR Osaka Station as well. Close to different cafes and restaurants to try as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't great was the laundry machines. They took so long to dry anything where I eventually gave up and hung things up in my room instead of paying more yen for the dryer that was doing nothing.

Brilliant property, felt safe at all times, Higobashi station is immediately outside so very convenient for transport. Took about 20 minutes to walk to Osaka station. If room was not for cleaning they placed a bag outside the door with fresh towels, toothpaste etc. Staff were wonderful, very polite and helpful. Comfortable beds, huge TV. I extended my stay. Would stay again. Thanks

Overall is very good service and hygienes in the hotel, love the spa Onsen facility. However the washing machine is not very efficient, it took us 3 hours cleaning and fully drying our clothes.

It was an amazing place to stay at. Transportation was right at the front. Staff were amazing. The only issue. It’s not the hotel fault. But there is loud noises during the night. You can still hear from the 25 floor
