Solo traveller with a large checked luggage. I found the room a little tight but it was mostly a place to sleep. Being above Higobashi station makes it easy to reach both Osaka station (airport express transit) and Namba station for Dotonbori. 9 minute walk to Yodoyabashi station to reach Shin-Osaka (shinkansen) is also fantastic. Amenities like towels, toothpaste, and disposable coffee cups were left in a bag on the door daily around cleaning time so I always had a fresh set, and the room was cleaned every 3 days by staff, or sooner on request. Check out was seamless. I would definitely stay here again

Front desk concierge is bilingual, friendly, and made my check in very quick and easy. The hotel itself is very close to Higobashi Station, and if you are adventurous, you can walk to either Dotonbori, or Osaka Station, fairly quickly.. basically the hotel is in a great location!

I had a very convenient stay at this hotel in Osaka. The location is excellent, right in front of a metro station, making it super easy to get around the city. The single room was just right for one person—compact but with enough space for everything I needed. It was clean and well-organized, perfect for a short stay. The staff was very helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, a great choice for solo travelers looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay!

Room was too hot and require opening the window that resulted to a lot of noise from the traffic outside. Check in requires more efficiency as it took over 30 minutes to find my reservation due to Trainees assisting. The Spa is good and clean and location is accessible to subway station which is just in front of it and walkable to Osaka main station 1.2 km away but mostly flat.

Extremely small beyond belief.

I booked this for me and my wife for our honeymoon, they didn’t even care to properly check-us in early and I had to stay in a very long line when I came back again after the check-in time. Horrible treatment by the staff that barely understands English. Also, do NOT book this if you’re claustrophobic, I was genuinely suffocating in the first night, me and my wife barely fit the bed size (She’s slim and I am not), I have been to small and tight hotels in Tokyo but this is even smaller than anything. There was absolutely no space for our luggage, it stayed unopened in the hallway, that isn’t even a hallway. The only good thing is that it’s near a metro station and it’s not even a good station, you’ll have to keep taking other metros to get where you wanna go, so it’s not really as convenient as you might think. Ultimately, it’s inhumane to allow oneself to stay in such place even if your plans is to find a place just to sleep in. Sleeping in metro stations would almost seem as an equal alternative.

Good location, with a drug store crossing the street, 7/11 and various restaurants around. Metro station right in front of the doors of the hotel. The rooms very clean and the bathtub bigger than the Apas from Tokyo.. nice room but tiny so please keep in mind that, I was with 3 large suitcases and 2 smalls ones and it was a bit cramped but nothing to complaint about, if you are organize and keep everything tidy it will not be a problem. The staff very friendly and some spoke really good English!
