Great hotel

Hotel was clean, comfortable. We were a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids and were easily able to sleep in a room with 2 large twin beds. Yes the room was small, but thats the norm on Japan. Everything we needed was in the room and it was super clean. Check in was a breeze and thr looby had free coffee, water and essentials. I would definitely return.

Check-in was smooth and quick, which we appreciated after a long flight. However, when we got to our room, we noticed it was quite dusty. The space was also extremely tight which we understand is typical for Japan, but still worth noting. One major inconvenience was the laundry situation. For a hotel with 17 floors, having only two washers and two dryers just isn’t enough. The wait times were long, with guests lining up, giving each other attitude, and even getting into arguments (we witnessed one in Chinese). It made doing laundry unnecessarily stressful. We also noticed that a couple of the front desk staff looked visibly unhappy, which didn’t create the most welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t meet our expectations either. The best part of the hotel was its great location, very central and convenient for getting around.

The room was nice and spacious, which a bonus in Japan. Not that hard to get to and from but very little going around there. I booked it last minute so I happy to compromise. The front desk staff were very friendly. If you are looking to stay closer to more exciting places I would recommend the same chain hotel but 3 stops away in Namba area. Otherwise this is okay.
