Room services were working, and there was lots of noise upon arrival until 5 pm. Also, the following day, they started making noises by 9 am. And knocked on my room door to ask for checking out at 9:30.

Staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Hotel is showing its age. Room was not clean, floors needed to be cleaned. Washroom was definitely showing its age.

The air conditioning does not work, room is muggy. Called for assistance and basically was told sorry, it's not working and we are sold out to move you to another room, which is funny because the parking lot is empty. They clearly did not want to help us, told us to open the windrow,not even an offer to reduce the charges for the inconvenience. Last time I'm coming here.

Not expecting to have to cover a $250 security deposit on each room. Very noisy A/C fan in room that could not be turned off, this meant for a restless nights sleep. Coffee machine produced a coffee that was luke warm. Fridge compressor noisy during night.

We spent 1 night at this hotel 🏨 and it was a nightmare. There was 2 guests staying in the room beside us that were guests from hell. 1st encounter with these 2 guests from hell was when they were checking in at the front desk. We had to wait 30 minutes for them to call a friend to put money in their account since their credit card was denied. While we were waiting both guests was exchanging profound languages to each other in front of my family and another guest that was checking in for the entire 30 minutes we were waiting. We noticed the 2 guests from hell had 2 cases of 6 pack beers 🍻. My family and I checked in finally but to our surprise, these 2 guests from hell was staying right next to our room. From we checked in, the 2 guests from hell has been shouting and fighting in the room. All hell break loose at 12 midnight when they started ripping the entire room apart and decided to share their show in the hallway for all the guests on the floor to experience. The police finally came to take the boyfriend from hell to jail. My 11 years old son was so scared all night I had to sleep with him. We complained to the hotel in the morning about our nightmare experience and how my son was extremely traumatized by the experience. The hotel said they can't do anything because they can't control who their guests are and do and to call Expedia since I book with them. Called Expedia they gave me $50 credit. My recommendation do no stay at this hotel. It was a very bad
