No face towels. Kettle in the room would be nice for tea or coffee would be nice. The hotel provides breakfast to go for super early airport departure guests. This is very much appreciated. (Make sure you order the night before at the front desk)

Nice hotel with free coffee drinks in lobby. Staff is friendly and efficient. No wash cloths provided or shower caps for women. That could be easily remedied by the hotel. Other than that, rooms are spacious, well organized, and clean. Airport shuttle could have been better organized. It was packed and you had to pay as you boarded the bus, which really slowed things down. Their system works fine from the airport to the hotel, but not so well from the hotel to the airport. I would suggest prepaid shuttle passes made available when you check in to the hotel. If you are in the mood to party, forget about it. There is absolutely nothing to do in the area. I would suggest that you stay at the Clarion downtown and take the Fly train back to the airport. Best train I’ve ever ridden.

We had an early morning flight and was told that we could not get a takeaway breakfast for myself, my partner and my young daughter. The receptionist explained 50 bags of food had been prepared and they no longer had staff to prepare anymore. So obviously first come, first served - which is not a great approach. Also they do not do alarm calls - this is essential for an airport hotel. Parking is a pain also because the meter wasnt working.
